  1. I have struggled with weight all my life and have tried all the diets out there. Obviously none of that worked for me. When I was told about the Body Fit program back in June 2009, I immediately signed up. The staff were great and really helped me change my lifestyle. I lost 27 pounds and 20 inches in 12 weeks and I felt better than I have in years. I finished my 12 program in September, but opted to continue on in order to get to my goal weight. This program is excellent and absolutely the right way to go if you want to lose weight and keep it off and to be healthy and fit. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Thanks Health and Performance for changing my life.
